Orders typically ship from our warehouses in Spain, Portugal, or the Netherlands, with processing handled through our Hong Kong headquarters.

What are your delivery times?

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 7-9 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Are packages insured?

Packages are sent via standard postal services. We recommend having parcels delivered to a secure address to prevent loss or theft.

Do you charge customs fees?

As we ship from within the EU to the UK, customs charges may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details within 24-48 hours of processing.

Order Issues

What if my order is delayed?

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of purchase, please contact us immediately. We'll investigate with our courier and provide a resolution.

What if I receive the wrong item or my item is damaged?

We sincerely apologise for any errors. Please email info@beachhutboho.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

What if tracking shows delivered but I haven't received my package?

Once a package is marked as delivered, we recommend checking with neighbours and your local postal service. If the package remains missing, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, email info@beachhutboho.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and our return address in Tilburg, Netherlands.

What is your returns policy?

  • 14-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned

Can I cancel my order?

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We cannot modify addresses once an order is processed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
